Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Sell.
The arresting officer testified that he pulled the vehicle over because one of the brake lights was out. As he approached the car he saw the defendant driver hand a brick of cannabis to the front passenger. The judge granted the defendant’s Motion to Quash Arrest based on no-probable-cause to stop the vehicle. Case dismissed!
